After a week of scroll-farming, here is the result of the Drop Rate for Green and Red scrolls for new players to refer to.

For both scrolls, the harder the stage, the higher the drop rate is (which is expected). However, I didn't test too much on weaker stages so it's too soon to make a conclusion.
